The Concession

The Concession Golf & Resort was developed as a private country club and residential community in the pristine natural setting of Florida’s Gulf Coast. The 255 one-half to over-one-acre estate homesites are surrounded by ancient oaks, native foliage and water features, and are just steps from a wealth of club amenities and options. With an 18-hole, Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course designed in association with Tony Jacklin, the community is dedicated to one of the most memorable moments in sports history – The Ryder Cup concession of 1969. The property was developed in a joint venture between Property Markets Group, Concession Land Development, and Core Development in Wichita, Kansas.
