Located in Gowanus, Brooklyn, Society Brooklyn and Sackett Place are two independent mixed-use towers totaling 605,000 SF. The developments will feature 517 apartments in total, with 75% market rate rentals and 25% designated as affordable housing through the Affordable Housing New York Program.
Society Brooklyn is 371,000 SF with 344 units comprising of studios to two bedroom residences. Sackett Place is 234,000SF with 173 units and is geared towards families with one to three-bedroom residences. Both developments include a wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and roof terrace, which overlooks retail at base, the expansive waterfront park and esplanade.
