Further, in 1991, Mr. Maloney formed Regional Appraisal Associates, Inc., a commercial real estate appraisal firm. After graduating from Claremont McKenna College in 1987, Ned White joined Cushman and Wakefield as an industrial real estate broker, representing over 100 tenants and 1 million square feet of warehouse space. Mr. White joined PMG in 1993 to help manage construction, budgeting, acquisition, insurance and financing of various properties, and as a partner, acquire a class A 500,000 SF office building in upstate NY. From 1996 to 2000, as a partner, he led the acquisition and development of various assets for Extell such as a 250,000 SF office building in NY, the 52 story W Times Square hotel, a hotel convention center in NJ, a half acre development site near the Javitz Center, and numerous NJ residential land design and rezoning. Upon rejoining PMG in 2001, he became involved as a partner in various residential land developments in Florida and is currently responsible for a range of assets, including apartment buildings, hotels, residential land, and condominiums.

D.C. born and New York bred, Richard Lam began his career in 1987 at the Manhattan real estate investment firm of S.R. Morgan & Co. He handled acquisitions for the firm's own account, as well as for third party investors.

By 1990, Lam was working with American Overseas Property Company, a partnership that managed several national acquisition and development funds. In the mid-nineties he partnered with two hedge funds which purchased or acquired control of 1,000 hotel rooms and $100 million in REO land in California. After disposing of those assets, Lam brought a loft conversion to Kevin Maloney for financing and began his work with PMG.

Since joining PMG in 2000, he has assisted in the acquisition and real estate development of properties from New York to South Carolina to Florida. He has played a key role in adding commercial, residential, and resort real estate holding to the firm's extensive portfolio.

Dan Kaplan is the Executive Vice President of Operations based in the Property Markets Group’s New York office. Dan is responsible for executing acquisitions, underwriting, and oversight of the execution of PMG’s business plan post acquisition, be it ground up development or repositioning. Dan has nearly ten years of direct real estate experience. He began his career with JP Morgan Investment Banking working in the Real Estate Structured Finance Group. After JP Morgan, Dan held senior responsibility with Alvarez and Marsal / Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., working on the largest private distressed real estate work-out in history. In this position Dan was instrumental in the diligence, structuring, and sale of an $800m private real estate company to a large domestic pension. Most recently Dan spent two years in a senior position with the large asset development firm, LCOR Inc.

Mr. Kaiman serves as counsel to PMG with respect to all aspects of its business. He actively represents PMG in transactions and litigation, as well as overseeing the work of outside counsel.

Prior to joining PMG in 1998, Mr. Kaiman was in private practice. For more than thirty years, his practice was devoted almost exclusively to all aspects of real estate law in New York City, first with Graubard Mollen, and later with Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. as a partner.

Brett began his career as a successful entrepreneur in the IT sector, where he specialized in providing tailored IT and networking solutions for medium-sized corporate and private clients in the real estate industry. While the rapidly evolving and highly demanding world of IT provided many wonderful opportunities, in 2008, Brett took the bold step to leave it all behind and pursue his long-time dream of working in real estate development in the greatest city in the world.

He was accepted to and enrolled in Columbia University's prestigious School of General Studies, where he distinguished himself in its Architecture and Urban Planning program. Upon graduation he was quickly snapped up by PMG, where he enthusiastically focuses on investor relations, property acquisition, and asset management.

Jason Algaze is a Director of Asset Management for Property Markets Group’s New York office, responsible for the financial and development aspects of the firm’s new acquisitions and development projects. In addition to structuring and evaluating all the firms’ investments, he assists with originating new acquisition and development opportunities, securing financing and raising capital. Jason has over eight years of experience working in real estate investment banking, private equity, and development. He has held positions at Credit Suisse in their CMBS Large Loan Origination Group as part of a team that closed over $25 billion in financing transactions on various asset types throughout North and South America. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at the Carlton Group, responsible for raising equity and debt capital, as well as playing a crucial role in expanding the firm’s European division.

Mr. Algaze has a wide spectrum of knowledge throughout the industry with experience in real estate finance, development, planning & design, valuation, and the capital markets. He holds a Masters in Real Estate from New York University and a B.A. from the University of Miami.

Andrew Warman is a Director of Capital Markets and based in PMG’s New York office.  He oversees the firm’s capital raising efforts and deal structuring on all individual opportunities and programmatic ventures nationwide. Additionally, his team is responsible for evaluating, underwriting and marketing new investments, recapitalizing/refinancing existing assets and assisting with dispositions.  Andrew brings over ten years of direct real estate acquisitions, asset management and development experience having held senior positions at Clarion Partners, in both its Dallas and New York offices, and at Synapse Development Group, which has a presence in New York and San Francisco.  Over the course of his career, he has closed on transactions of all major property types totaling nearly $2 billion and over four million square feet and asset managed portfolios in excess of $4 billion and ten million square feet located in markets across the country.

As a Principal of Property Markets Group, Miami-native Ryan Shear is primarily responsible for general company operations, with a concentration on PMG’s Southeast portfolio. 

Ryan was personally trained by PMG founder Kevin Maloney, and celebrated his 10-year anniversary with the firm in 2016. He currently manages a growing portfolio of over $4B worth of real estate assets.

The current developments Ryan oversees include Echo Aventura, Echo Brickell, Muse Residences in Sunny Isles, Sage Beach in Hollywood, Vice, a rental building in Downtown Miami, which are in various stages of development. In addition to these projects, Ryan also oversees the recently purchased parcel at 300 Biscayne Blvd, which will have a planned launch of early 2018, and Riverfront, a luxury rental project on one of the last remaining waterfront development sites in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

An alumnus of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, Ryan graduated from the Goizueta School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Ryan joined PMG to assist with development, analysis, and management, and has since become a leading Principal at PMG.

Adrianne has worked with PMG since January 2011 and brings with her over ten years of experience in the South Florida real estate development industry. As Managing Director of the South Florida office, Adrianne currently oversees the development of all new projects in the region. David Galler joined PMG in 2014 to oversee the Echo Brickell luxury condominium tower. Prior to joining PMG, he completed a $35M addition to the Dadeland Mall in South Miami for Simon Properties, and a $100M outdoor Lifestyle Center for Casto Lifestyle Properties in Chicago.

David relocated to Miami in 2005 after a 30 year career in Boston. He has been an owner, principal architect, project manager, and carpenter over the course of his varied career. He joined Beame Architectural Partnership as a Vice President, where he directed the design and construction of complex adaptive reuse projects and multi-family residential developments. A team approach and the involvement of the architect through the construction phase of the work are two of the significant factors in the successful outcome of his projects.

Formerly, he was a principal with Prellwitz / Chilinski Associates in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he helped to grow the firm from 12 to 30 architects while mentoring staff, managing projects from design through construction, and providing technical assistance to project teams. The firm is known for a highly diverse portfolio of work including restaurants, retail planning, higher education, and hospitality.

David holds a BArch from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, is a registered architect in Massachusetts, and is LEED Accredited. He lives with his wife in Miami and has two daughters. 

Mike Murphy was born and raised in Chicago, IL, where he began working in construction at the age of 14, during his summer vacations. Throughout his career, he has worked on over 40 skyscrapers, including 311 South Wacker Drive (the world’s tallest concrete building at time of construction), the AT&T Corporate Center in downtown Chicago, and the Sears Corporate Headquarters in Hoffman Estates. He currently serves as a Senior Project Manager for PMG. Mike was a member of Local 1889 Chicago District Council of Carpenters for over 25 years.

Jose comes to PMG offering over 12 years of construction project management experience.  Having worked in diverse arenas throughout his career, both locally in South Florida and Latin America, Jose has completed various luxury high-rise hotel and condominium projects for several widely recognized general contractors and real estate developers.

Matthew Martinez is the Marketing Manager for Property Markets Group. Brian Koles joined PMG in 2016 as Director of Brand & Human Experience, focusing on delivering the best possible living experience for anyone living in a PMG building. This unique role in real estate development encompasses technology implementations, amenity programming, retail partnerships, and social events.

Prior to PMG, he spent ten years leading business development for venture-backed technology companies, starting at cloud telephony provider Vocalocity, which was acquired by Vonage. He then founded a green technology procurement portal and went on to lead customer acquisition for Devpost, where he helped clients like Uber, Microsoft,GE, and Samsung to grow their third-party app ecosystems.

Rodrigo Pintos continues to add on to his family's history by being the fourth generation involved in real estate development. Lauren Negrin began her career in the real estate industry at the age of 18 and quickly fell in love with the growing and ever-changing field. As Principal of Property Markets Group Chicago office, Noah Gottlieb is primarily responsible for deal procurement and day-to-day operations of PMG's Multi-family portfolio.

Since joining PMG in 2009, Noah has supervised the acquisition, redevelopment, disposition and/or management of over 100 properties valued in excess of 250MM. Noah spends significant time sourcing and screening potential joint venture partners and also opportunistic one-off investments beyond PMG's operating fund.

Prior to joining PMG, Noah was a Vice President for Boulder Net Lease Funds, where he directed the acquisition efforts on net lease properties throughout the United Sates and managed two investment funds over 100MM. Noah's residential real estate expertise stems from his career at Richmond American Homes (NYSE-MDC) where, he was a Land Acquisition and Development Manager in their Chicago office directly responsible for over 500 home sites scattered through 7 distinct communities.

Prior to joining PMG, Ben worked as an architect in New York City and then in Investment Sales for Baum Realty Group in Chicago, a leading commercial real estate service provider. Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Ben graduated with honors from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and went on to receive a Master of Architecture with a concentration in Real Estate Development from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation in New York City.

As a Development Manager in the Chicago office, Scott is responsible for deal procurement and development oversight of PMG’s new construction pipeline as well as asset management of PMG’s multi-family portfolio. He has five years of design and engineering experience working as a naval architect for General Dynamics NASSCO in San Diego, CA. Scott earned his MBA with an emphasis in real estate from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, graduating with high distinction. He holds a BSE in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering, where he graduated with high honors. Scott was born and raised in Traverse City, MI.

Rick Grasso joined PMG in June 2015 as an Analyst. His primarily focuses on project management and procurement for the Chicago office. Prior to joining PMG, Rick worked as Customer Operations Manager at Fooda, Inc in Chicago. Rick graduated from Emory University's Goizuetta Business School in 2008, earning his BBA with concentrations in finance and management. Also a fast food connoisseur, he firmly believes that the McDonald's Double Cheeseburger is the best pound for pound sandwich on Earth.

Andrew Kerr joined PMG in March 2015 as an Analyst. His primary role focuses on underwriting, analysis, and asset management for PMG's multi-family portfolio in Chicago. Prior to PMG, Andrew worked as a financial consultant with FTI Consulting, Inc. in New York City. Andrew graduated with High Distinction from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2012, earning his BBA with a concentration in finance. Andrew is also recognized by his friends for his craft in making delicious pancakes.

Tyler Perlman joined PMG Chicago in December 2016 as an Analyst. He primarily focuses on procurement and asset management of the multi-family portfolio. Prior to joining PMG, Tyler worked on the fixed-income trading desk for a global investment manager at Northern Trust.

Tyler is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he studied economics and developed a taste for enjoying craft beverages and live music. A native of Ft. Lauderdale, Tyler has been enjoying Chicago's Lake Shore Path since summer ’14.

Conor Fox joined PMG in March 2017 as an Analyst. His primary role focuses on underwriting, analysis, and asset management for PMG's multi-family portfolio and new construction pipeline in Chicago. Prior to PMG, Conor worked as a management consultant with Galt & Company, advising Fortune 100 clients. He also worked as an equity analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York City on a team managing over $25 billion in assets.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Conor graduated cum laude from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY with a concentration in Economics. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing guitar and drums, and rooting for Notre Dame.
