Brisa Builders is a family owned development, construction management and general contracting firm founded by the late Lilly W Keller under the advisement and support of her husband the late Thomas B. Keller. In 2012 , their daughter Ericka Keller became the Chairperson and later CEO. Brisa has nearly 30 years of experience developing affordable housing through Federal, State and City subsidy programs for the most vulnerable populations, including, seniors, formerly homeless, extremely low- and low-income families.
