A national developer has shored up construction financing for a new mixed-use tower in Midtown, which will feature dozens of co-living rental units for residents looking to save money in a pricey area of Atlanta.

The 100-story building requires special foundations and a pendulum-like device to prevent swaying.

On Wednesday, August 3rd, PMG and Greybrook hosted an unveiling event to celebrate the launch of The Elser Hotel & Residences, a 49-story new construction luxury condominium tower.

Developed by national developer PMG and Sarasota-based JEBCO Ventures, One Park Sarasota will include a collection of 123 luxury residences with six penthouses, amenities, the latest smart building technology and stunning views of The Bay Park, Sarasota Bay and the city skyline.
