FOUNDER / PRINCIPAL
As a principal of PMG, Mr. Maloney has direct hands-on experience in the acquisition, renovation, financing, operation, and marketing of residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Maloney has been directly responsible for all of PMG’s over one hundred real property acquisitions. As principal, his duties include managing all aspects of the company’s operations, reviewing all contracts, negotiating with clients, sellers, vendors, etc., identifying new investment projects, and obtaining new capital sources. Founded in 1991, Property Markets Group (“PMG”) has developed into a leader in residential development. PMG is a national real estate development firm with over that has developed over three billion, over 100 real estate transaction including over 80 residential buildings in Manhattan during its 20 year history. One of the leading converters of New York City rental apartments, PMG has distinguished itself over the last decade for its development of new construction condominium developments, both in New York City as well as Florida, South Carolina, the Chicago. Further, in 1991, Mr. Maloney formed Regional Appraisal Associates, Inc., a commercial real estate appraisal firm. The firm represents over 20 money center and savings banks, insurance and credit companies, etc. in the New York City area Regional Appraisal is engaged in valuation work on a national basis.
Mr. Joseph began his real estate career as an attorney in 1980. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, financings and residential condominium conversions.

Ned White has worked in partnership with Extell and Property Markets Group on developing real estate in New York, Florida and New Jersey. Over the last 15 years, the partnerships encompassed range of assets, such as apartment buildings, hotels residential land and condominiums.

D.C. born and New York bred, Richard Lam began his career in 1987 at the Manhattan real estate investment firm of S.R. Morgan & Co. He handled acquisitions for the firm's own account as well as third party investors. By 1990 Lam was working with American Overseas Property Company, a partnership that managed several national acquisition and development funds. In the mid-nineties he partnered with two hedge funds which purchased or acquired control of 1,000 hotel rooms and $100 million in REO land in California. After disposing of those assets, Lam brought a loft conversion to Kevin Maloney for financing and began his work with PMG. Since joining PMG in 2000, he has assisted in the acquisition and real estate development of properties from New York to South Carolina to Florida. He has played a key role in adding commercial, residential and resort real estate holding to the firm's extensive portfolio.
SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR
As Senior Managing Director of the South Florida Office and Operation Partner of the Chicago Office, Ryan is responsible for day to day operations including deal procurement, development oversight, and general management. His investment activities touch on a broad range of product types, including but not limited to Luxury Residential Condos, Multifamily, and Commercial properties valued in excess of 200MM. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Ryan attended Emory University in Atlanta Georgia, and graduated from the Goizueta School of Business. Prior to joining PMG, Ryan was an analyst for Robert Charles Lesser and Company where he provided real estate consulting services to individuals, corporations, and government agencies. Since joining PMG in 2006, Ryan has been personally trained under founder, Kevin Maloney, and grown from the role of analyst to Senior Managing Director under his direction.
Prior to joining PMG in 1998, Mr. Kaiman was in private practice. Mr. Kaiman counsels PMG with respect to all aspects of its business. He actively represents the PMG in transactions and litigation as well as overseeing the work of outside counsel. For more than thirty years his practice was devoted almost exclusively with all aspects of real estate law in New York City, first with Graubard Mollen and then with Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. as a partner. Mr. Kaiman graduated from Colgate University in 1974 and New York University School of Law in 1977.

Kenneth has built his reputation on adhering to proven appraisal methodologies, and by focusing on valuations for major financial institutions that are funding large commercial transactions, and on trusts and estate attorneys who calculate estate taxes; additional services he performs include appraisal review, feasibility studies, investment analysis, and arbitration.

As Managing Director of Property Markets Group Chicago office, Noah Gottlieb is primarily responsible for deal procurement, day-to-day operations of PMG's Multi-family portfolio and the growth of the commercial real estate investment platform.
Since joining PMG in 2009, Noah has supervised the acquisition, redevelopment, disposition and/or management of over 100 properties valued in excess of 120MM. Noah spends significant time sourcing and screening potential joint venture partners and also opportunistic one-off investments beyond PMG's operating fund.
Prior to joining PMG, Noah was a Vice President for Boulder Net Lease Funds, where he directed the acquisition efforts on net lease properties throughout the United Sates and managed two investment funds over 100MM. Noah's residential real estate expertise stems from his career at Richmond American Homes (NYSE-MDC) where, he was a Land Acquisition and Development Manager in their Chicago office directly responsible for over 500 home sites through scattered through 7 distinct communities.
Born and raised on Long Island, NY, Noah attended Emory University in Atlanta, GA, and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics. Noah also volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Thresholds, a provider of mental health services where he sits on the real estate committee; and The Dovetail Project, an initiative designed to help at risk, adolescent fathers.
Adrianne has worked with PMG since January 2011 and brings with her over ten years of experience in the South Florida real estate development industry. As Managing Director of the South Florida office, Adrianne currently oversees the development of all new projects in the region. Prior to joining PMG, Adrianne served as Vice President of a South Florida engineering firm before running her own development consulting firm from its founding in to its recent successful sale. Born and raised in Michigan, Adrianne relocated to Miami in 2000 where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Business Administration from Florida International University.
Brett began his first career as a successful entrepreneur in the IT sector where he specialized in providing tailored IT and networking solutions for medium-sized corporate and private clients in the real estate industry. While the rapidly evolving and highly demanding world of IT provided many wonderful opportunities, in 2008 Brett took the bold step to leave it all behind and pursue his long-time dream of working in real estate development in the greatest city in the world. He was accepted to and enrolled in Columbia University's prestigious School of General Studies where he distinguished himself in its Architecture and Urban Planning program. Upon graduation he was quickly snapped up by PMG where he enthusiastically focuses on investor relations, property acquisition, and asset management.
JASON R. ALGAZE
Jason Algaze is a Director out of Property Markets Group’s New York office, responsible for all the financial and development aspects of the firm’s new acquisitions and development projects. In addition to structuring and evaluating all the firms’ investments, he assists with originating new acquisition and development opportunities, securing financing and raising capital. Jason has over eight years of experience working in real estate investment banking, private equity and development. He has held positions at Credit Suisse in their CMBS Large Loan Origination Group as part of a team that closed in excess of $25 billion in financing transactions on various asset types throughout North and South America. Previously he was a Senior Associate at the Carlton Group, responsible for raising equity and debt capital as well as playing a crucial role in expanding the firm’s European division. Mr. Algaze has a wide spectrum of knowledge throughout the industry with experience in real estate finance, development, planning & design, valuation and the capital markets. He holds a Masters in Real Estate from New York University and a B.A. from the University of Miami.
Evan joined PMG in 2012 and focuses primarily on the acquisition of new development opportunities in the firm's South Florida office. Evan is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Management degree from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Tyler Raine joined PMG in March 2013 as a Development Associate. He focuses primarily on the sourcing, underwriting, analysis, and ongoing asset management for PMG's multifamily portfolio in Chicago. Tyler joined PMG after working for Lincoln Property Company as a Development Analyst. While at Lincoln, Tyler specialized in underwriting both ground-up, institutional multifamily development opportunities and modeling management takeovers of existing multifamily assets. Prior to Lincoln, he worked for PRG Real Estate Management, a regional multifamily management company based in Philadelphia.
